Pure Essential Oil
Rosemary - (Rosmarinus Officinalis) Rosmarinus (meaning 'dew of the sea') is a genus of 3 species of hardy evergreen flowering shrub. Rosemary is one of the best known and most used of aromatic herbs. Rosemary has been used medicinally for centuries. The essential oil: The flowering tops are distilled to produce the best oil. The oil is basically colourless, slightly pale yellow - green. The smell of the oil is camphory. The principal constituents are borneol (upto 15%), camphene, camphors, cineol lineol and a bitter principle, saponin. Properties: Mucolytic, anticatarrhal, expectorant Powerful Bactericide (golden staphylococcus, white staphylococcus, streptococcus,...) Fungicide Skin and Hair Conditioner Directions: Pulmonary infection, bronchitis, ear infections, sinusitis cystitis and candida Chronic fatigue, asthenia, physical and intellectual overwork Dandruff, hair loss dyspepsia, indigestion, enterocolitis External Use:Massage: Pulmonary disease: 5 to 6 drops 3 times a day on the chest and upper back Inhalations Add 2 drops to a dose of shampoo or day cream for revitalizing the hair and skin. Antiseptic Inhalation: 5 drops Rosemary EO + 5 drops Eucalyptus EO+ 10 drop Lavender EO. Can also be diffused. Synergies: Bronchitis: Eucalyptus. Specalties: Beware of overdose. Use sparingly. Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Some oils are prohibited to pregnant women and children. Keep away from flame.
